Recently, I felt lazy for doing everything,like boring going to work,social actifies etc.What going on inside my mind

You must be lacking morale in what you do. You lack motivation in life. The best thing you can do is take time off everything that you do as routine for like two day and spend that time in a massage parlor and then sleeping, spoil yourself with some shopping until your heart feels.
