I always want to know more eat fruit to our heathly good or bad ?

Fruits are the best source of food provided by the mother nature itself ! Fruits are the things which are supposed to be eaten by other animals which are basically vegetarian in nature so that the seeds in them are dispersed for the purpose of propagation of their own species! For that the trees or plants make these fruits so attractive, aromatic and tasty which in turn requires lot of elements thus making a fruit utmost nutitious one! Thus there is no second opinion about it that fruits are veryu good source of food and they are very good for health! But then there is old saying any thing in excess is poison! So instead of sticking to a particular type of fruit changing them and having them in moderate amounts should definitely do the trick! Daily incorporation of limited amount of fruit in one's daily food is always a good ! Thanks for initiating such an informative topic of discussion ! Wish you all the best!

You find that it helps you in your weight control endeavors, and also provides you with more energy that will be required for exercising. I think eating more fruit is good to heath and keep the body away from all diseases and consuming more is not good.We have to keep a limit for whatever we eat.

I think fruit is the best thing you can eat, but like everything I guess there is a limit to how much you should eat but there is a big variety and I guess different fruits have different goodnesses so I don't thing you could really go wrong with fruit.

Fruit is definately very good for you. You still need to have a variety of fruits an balance your diet. I have stomach problems so I cannot eat fruits with citric acid such as lemons and oranges.

It really depends, but I would say go for moderation in everything. For example, fruits such as bananas, as you should know, is rich in potassium. Some medical disorders such as hypertension and heart failure are more detrimental if blood potassium levels are increased, so it wouldn't be a good idea to take too much bananas in this case.
