I got email.Iwas explain if we don;nt ignore tought or long term stomach pain.What going on if I ignore it???

Go to the doctor, dont ignore it. It could be appendics and if they burst it is extremely life threatening, or you could be like me and have gall bladder or urinary tract problems, which are not quite as life threatening but can lead to other more painful problems.
