What's your favourite vegetable? Why?

Hi fanji008:) I love brocoli,so much!!I eat it raw,cooked,steamed fried and in everything that i can put it in.My daughter loves it also!Haha. Peanutjar:)

We have our own vegetable garden here, we grow squash and bitter gourds as well as herbs and other leafy vegetables. I like them both but aside from them I also love mongo beans and sprouts, brocolli, spinach and many more. I cook them from stew, soup and sauteed also. Sometimes, I add some meat on it and even fish..

I have many favourite vegetables, as I love vegetables on my plate with my main meal, if I had to pick I would say sprouts, a lot of people hate sprouts, but I love them, to me they are an essential part of a roast dinner. I like a nice whole plateful of sprouts, very tasty and very good for you. Second favourite would be sweetcorn, both boiled and both very tasty and nutritious.

Hello dear fanji. My favorite vegetable is green vegetables. I have always been fond of it ever since I was a kid. I often cook and eat green vegetables as it is easy to cook. But my wife does a better job than I do so far as cooking is concerned. hehe. Thanks for your discussion.

My favroite vegetable is corn on the cob. I smother it with salt and butter though so it is not the healthiest for you. If is easy to fix as all you have to do is boil it in water.
