How to be a good writer?

I enjoy writing very much and for me, I think that reading books and other people's works have helped me immensely with my writing. Not only does it allows to you discover different writing styles but you can also get ideas on what to write about. Most of all, I would also suggest that you just write & write & write some more =)! there's nothing like writing to make you see for yourself the flaws in your writing & I do believe that you also have to believe in what you write--& take into consideration other people's critiques of your work... Joining online community forums such as here in mylot also helps a lot & I would also suggest http://www.onestopwriteshop.com this site is really great in that you can submit your writings & have them critiqued by other writers as well & the people over there are wonderful & they alos have online classes if you're interested--they have a variety of memberships from free to serious memberships =) check out the site & tell me what you think of it! Hey! it's hard to give you some effective advice as i didn't see your writing. But i believe your writing skill is not bad,at least on the view of form. I guess that waht you need to improve is content ,i mean maybe the soul of what you write is still not good enough. I'm from chinese.As for chinese traditional literature,the soul of writing is the most important point. because writing would be appreciated only when it catch writers'heart while what can can catch wrters' heart is just the soul of your writing. hehe... it's hard to express in english,i wish you can get my mean. In brief, sometimes don't care the form and something else now you usually care,just write by your feeling,write by your heart and emotion,by which way Inspiration always come.Then you will write down something filled with soul.along with which,your write would get further progress. ok,i'm not sure whether i've helped you,hehe .... whatever, wish you achieve your dream of being a good writer early.and i will stay expecting for another great "JK Rowling"!
