Would you rather have Turkey or Ham for Thanksgiving?

I would prefer both myself. If I had to choose I guess I would choose Turkey for Thanksgiving and then Ham for Christmas. My mom's husband always gets a Ham from his work....it's from the Honey Baked Ham Store. They are the best hams...but they are a bit expensive. I think I could eat them every day. What would you prefer for Thanksgiving? Have you ever had a ham from the Honey Baked Ham Store?

O ya I love the honey baked ham store even if you dont get a whole just going in and getting a sandwich is good too.We do a ham for christmas and turkey for thanksgiving as well but I really like ham more than turkey.turkey makes emsleepy as where ham is so juicy.

I love both Turkey and Ham as well!! Yes I have had a ham from the Honey Baked Ham Store, When my friend invited me over for Christmas about 2 years ago (I believe....lol) I had it and it was delicious!!!
Especially Ham I could eat many times in a week for sure.

Oh, I'm not much on the turkey, but the dressing is what I love, I could eat just the dressing alone!
I haven't eaten that ham from the HOney Baked Ham store, but I have eaten the honey cured ham from South Carolina,up around Black Mountain, and I just love it!

For Thanksgiving I prefer turkey...I guess it's just the whole turkey icon thing. And ham for Christmas. I use to get vouchers to Honey Baked Ham store when I worked and they are just the most delicious hams ever!! Can't wait til Christmas to have one. I think I have one voucher left from my employer.

Turkey. I like ham, but I'm not a huge fan. I don't like ham leftovers that much, but I love turkey leftovers. I think turkey is more versatle as far as using leftovers. Though I do plan on getting a ham at some point and trying to come up with a few creative ideas for the ham leftovers. You know, beyond ham sandwich, ham salad and soups that use a little ham or the hambone.
