Was it a mistake to let Scott Welsh go?

I think Neil Craig has made a LOT of mistakes - he cant win a game coz he uses the same game plan every week & the other teams have caught on. I think he let go of like 10 players (my bro being one of them) - i don't see a point in picking up all these young guys & then not using them before getting rid of them again later. He's also terrible for holding grudges, so if you do something wrong, don't expect to be treated the same as everyone else. I think for Scott Welsh's career - leaving the crows was the best decision he's ever made!
