How many kinds of dogs you know?

I have Boxer dog ..bred from cross of bulldog and mastiff..they were used and bred originally in Holland and Germany as guard dogs and used by German soldiers in world war 1 to send messages across the lines ...very very loyal dogs and great with children..they are always full of fun but you need to be an energetic owner to get the best out of your Boxer...

I know a few dog breeds because I had to research a little on dogs 3 years ago when we were planning to buy a dog. My dog is a pug; if you've watched the movie Men in Black, Frank is a pug. Lassie from the TV show is a Collie. Beethoven from the movies is a St. Bernard, which a very big dog to have. The sausage like dog which has a long body but very short legs is a dachshund. Chihuahua, another popular breed, is a small but very aggressive breed. The Shar-pei is the dog with lots of folds or wrinkles. The Chow-chow is the dog that has fluffy fur and looks a little bit of a bear and an lion. Rottweilers are those big, scary black dogs that are often used as guard dogs. Most of the dogs used for rescue are those golden retrievers since they're easy to train because of their intelligence. If you're looking for a pet, I suggest you do some research before buying the cutest puppy you see in the store.
