I personally like Aiswariya Rai Bachan more.She may be not as good as Rani Mukherjee in the acting department but she makes up with her beauty and grace.Rani is not giving many hits these days whereas last four of Ash's films are hits:-Dhoom 2,Guru,Jodha Aakbar,Sarkar Raj.

the award goes to RANI MUKHERJEE!!!!!!! rani is a mixed bag of all the qualities like talent, looks, sexy etc.
no doubt even Aishwarya rai is very beautiful,but she scores some points less in acting compared to RANI

Rani really puts life into her character. Aishwarya is the better looking of the two . But Rani is definitely the better actress. She is my favourite too.
