I decided to roast a Duck this year instead of Turkey. I have eaten it plenty of times at a Restaurant up in Spencer Iowa and I just absolutely loved it. I was wondering if anybody here might have some tips on how to make it turn out juicy and flavorfull. I'm planning on fixing it in the oven.....so any tips or tricks would be greatly apreciated.

It has been years since I have cooked a duck. If I remember right you don't have to worry about it being juicy because they usually have some fat on them. I'm sorry that i don't have any tips to help you out. but here is a place for some tips. good luck http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/back_to_basics/duck.shtml#whole_duck
