I got my period today and I have horrible cramps, so I was on the internet surfing for idea on how to get some relief when I came across this new device that claims it will elimiante your cramps and other period symptoms as weel as improve your hair, nails and skin. I don't know if I believe it could really work but I would definitly buy it if it did. The ad for it reads as follows: "Mn8 is a small, powerful, drug free magnetic device, which discreetly attaches to your underwear to control period pain. Wearing mn8 may be the only thing you need to reduce or completely eliminate period pain month after month, year after year. Wearing mn8 also boosts your body naturally, giving you softer skin, shiny hair and stronger nails. Other benefits include: a reduction in water retention or bloating, less facial spots and breast tenderness. Even a reduction in PMS or ‘mood swings’ How to use mn8... For optimum results your mn8 has been designed and tested for wearing in close contact with your body. Separate the two pieces by sliding one from the other and place the larger piece (curved face) against the skin. Attach the smaller button on the outside of your briefs. Designed to reduce: Period Pain PMS Symptoms Breast Tenderness Reduction in Facial Spots Water Retention and Bloating Attaches to underwear for an entirely maintenance free solution" I am very intereneted to hear from anyone who has tried this device.

Oh how I feel for you! I had horrible cramps too and they were so bad that I couldn't do anything but lay on the bed and cry. Tylenol or anything else over the counter wouldn't come close to making it bearable. My doctor finally gave me a prescription Naproxen which did wonders! I used Naproxen for years and years, up until I had a hysterectomy and it worked like a charm every time! So if yours are bad maybe you should ask your doctor for a prescription of Naproxen. I've a few friends that are on it too, thanks to me, and they love it too so I thought I'd pass that along to you.
