Do you have a labrador as a pet?

I have the most loyal and loving yellow labrador. She'd been badly treated when I got her. She didn't even look like a labrador. But over the next few weeks with love, care, and lots of visits to the vet she became the most beautiful dog. I can't begin to tell you how happy she makes me. I dread the day when she leaves her life, it'll be far more gut - wrenching than losing a human being.

I have a Yellow Lab and he is wonderful. I love him dearly, he is so full of love and energy LOL! I do think they are great gaurd dogs, at least mine is. Noone comes around our yard without passing his specifications first.

Tell me about it...ive 2 labradors myself .. theyre called honey and hotdog!!a creme female and black male!! theyre soo adorable..and they thrive on attention .. petting ..everything!!

we have 2 labradors, one yellow she is 8 yrs old, and one black, she is still a puppy. we recently lost a black lab of 14 yrs.

My sister in law's family got 2 labs. They are very sweet dogs. My puppy got little bit of lab in him and he is adorable!

Yes, I have a black lab. He is 6 years old ~ so spoiled!! He is so gentle with me, but so rough playing with my hubby lol. He is so loveable and always wants to give hugs& kisses. Here he is: ~Remember to give out +'s when it's deserved & select best responses. It helps us all out ;-]

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Labs are amazing guard dogs! Unless you consider a guard dog a creature that does nothing but attack babies and whatnot....

I had one as a child. They are very good dogs.

I have a cute black lab mix. She does have the annoying habit of putting her big paws on me all the time and raking me with her nails. She's a goof. But she's cute!
