What Did We Do?

Before I got the internet I would watch television, play board games, read books, go outside and play, play tennis. Everything in my life has changed now so the internet just kind of fits in there and I can still do everything I did before if I wanted to. Maybe not as much though. But it is difficult to think of life before the internet!!

It has been about 30 years since I have been without a home computer, so I don't really remember. But I do know I read a lot more books, and we played a lot more board games. I did counted cross stitch and other crafts. Visited, walked, used the phone. Got more sleep!

I used to work in my yard a lot more than I do now. In the winter I think I slept a lot. I also did not have a furnace in my home before, I only had a wood burning stove. So that was definitely a lot of hard work. It kept me in shape though.

I remmember going out more, sometimes me and my friends will get a movie and watch it at night. I really miss those days. I knew nothing about computers than. I was going out more (something which I lack now) and make some more fiends, now I make friends online. It is not bad but not better either.
