When it comes to male/female relationships I'm living off my dreams of what once was...lol. Since I've settled for being alone now I can only sit and remember the good old days when I had a s/o that I loved with all my heart and would do anything to make happy.
What's it like living with your husband, wife, boy/girlfriend? Are you always happy and do anything to help each other? Do you watch tv together or just sit and talk? Do you think about and plan for your future together?

I'm afraid you'll have to ask someone other than me, ctry. My last relationship lasted for 20 years, the last several of those being topsy-turvy. By the time I struck out on my own I was ready to jump for joy. Now I am embracing my freedom. I wouldn't say no to a relationship at this point in my life, but it would have to be on my terms. There were good times and bad times, but the bad should never outweigh the good.

Are you sure we're not related in some way? Our lives seem to be so much alike. It's not so much freedom that I like but the "aloneness" I guess.

Oh, thank you for the smiles! If I wasn't so allergic to them I would have one sitting on my lap right now. There's nothing like a pet huh?

i live with my hubby and it is fantastic... i can't ask for anything better... my hubby is the most loving and caring man i had ever met... he does everything for me and help with the household chores... even though we do have an argument once in a while, but we always managed to sort them and we are fine again... i never stop thanking God for giving me such a wonderful man in my life... yes, we do sit and talk together and we plan for our future together... it works out really well for us...

It's beautiful. It's challenging. I am very happy with my s/o. He is the man I will definitely share the rest of my life with. There is no perfect human being. Every person has positive and negative sides. That's something we have accepted of each other. I guess that's one thing that makes our relationship work, inspite of the big difference in our race and culture. We always support each other and our communication is great. We talk a lot and plan not just our future, but almost everything we would like to do. We both exert the effort to make our plans materialize. I guess the bottomline of it all is because we do love each other very much, with no "if's", and no "but's". There are simply no conditions to our love for each other. And acceptance of this love we have makes every challenge an easy thing to take.

Living with my husband is just a dream. I couldnt have asked for a better husband or father for my kids. He does a lot for me and our kids. He makes every thing possible for me. I have a husband, 4 kids, a mortgage, a dog, a job, a car in the yard. And all of that I never thought I would ever have. We renovate our house together, raise our kids together. I still have to pinch myself in the mornings to make sure that I am not dreaming!!! :-)

We have our ups and downs, mostly ups though and even though I do the bulk of the work around the home and take care of my son, he works hard for our family. If I don't fall asleep when my son goes to bed, then we both watch tv or a movie together, however he is on his laptop and I am on mine at the same time LOL lately we have been playing msn games against each other and every night for the past week and a bit we play at least one game a night LOL its a lot of fun and it feels like we are spending time together.
Sometimes we sit and talk about his day and if there are any major changes going on then he tells me about them. Other than that, we work well as a team together and we do try to make sure we both are on the same page when it comes to planning for our future.
