Why is a Woman's discharge brown?

What if even if a woman is not on her period, some brown tissue keeps coming out when she pee.

all i can say about this is go to the doctor. FAST. Maybe even the emergency room. Seriously. Something is definately NOT RIGHT. Log off...go NOW.
