Traffic or Page Rank?

This is just a question I have for everyone who does advertising or has a website or blog. I'm asking the following question because today Pay Per Post, a paid to blog company I work with came out with there real rank. It's based on your actual traffic, and active links to your site, in other words links that are actually clicked. So what would be more important to you, Real Rank= Traffic and active links or Page Rank= any link google thinks is important.
