there r some tips for keep ur daily healthy: 1.to ensure sufficient sleep 2.rational diet 3.have a good mood usually 4.take some physical exercises

hello! to be healthy? sufficient sleeping?....it will make you lazy.a sound sleep of about six hours will suffice.more important is a balanced diet.not too much fat or sugar.the most serious thought should be given to selecting and planning daily diet.let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.and of course, a little physical exercise which is vital for body fitness.when these three are regulated,you will have good mood and good health.good luck.

Hi there.. I seem to follow all those advices.. And I consider myself quite a healthy person as well.. I keep a control on my diet, and visit the gym quite regularly as well...

Number is a must and number 3 also. though i dont do physical exercises. LOL!
