If I can't talk to anyone about my feelings, I usually write in my journal or go for a walk. Sometimes I take a nap and I feel better afterward. Those are the three things I do for emotional outlets. oh, also cleaning.

Hi vsraovr.
What I erudite from my friend who is qualified physiotherapist and now she is still working with the government hospital in physiotherapy unit, we can feel the location of that particular emotion or emotions in our internal abdomen part.
Let say we feel it under the left lowest rib part, by imagination, close our eyes, we just take it out from our body, feeling like we can see that emotion make it movement out of our body.
This method really works for me and I always practice this methodology of practice. And not by ranting as it will come back to our body and can be quotidian.
Some sort of yoga practice where feeling the oxygen sufficiently or adequately occupied and centralized in our brain.
HAPPY DAPPY.

I probably will send text message to someone whom I want to pour my feelings to, if ever they weren't around at the time. In that way, I am sure they will receive the message. Sometimes, writing on a journal can be an outlet. when you write all of what you are feeling at the moment, you just pour out your thoughts and feelings, you get a release and you will feel great after it's done. I am sure some people would say logging in to mylot and write their feelings down will make them feel better.(=

that's really tough...I guess the best way I did it was just to lock myself inside the room and really have a good cry...sometimes I talk to myself to make me feel better...or sometimes I hit the parlor or the spa...or if I don't feel like it, I read my favorite book, or watch my favorite movie. It depends though. There are times that I wouldn't like to do these things, and instead would rather just lie down, and cry my heart out. More often than not, it helps....

If and when the day will come to that I would assume I blog about it or come onto mylot and share it with friends here. But as of now I am blessed with love ones to share and confide in. Emotions and feelings can't be held inside. You need to share with someone and let it out. Having feelings lock inside you will get you sick. It will build up and it will blow up. Best to share it with someone anyone. Even if it means online to a stranger you call friend. Whatever the means just do it. Just my opinion. Take care.
