How do you feel about giving money to a homeless women or man on the street?

I feel good about giving money to a homeless women or man on the streets. I use to think.....they might take the money and buy some beer,but now I don't think that way. Tell me what do you think about giving money to a homeless women or man on the street?

I won't give a homeless person money but will buy them a decent meal or bring a plate of food from home to give them. I'm always signing up for free samples online so I have a vast collection of them by the time Christmas rolls around. I put together several tolietry sets and hand them out Christmas eve along with a 'doggie bag', all packed neatly in a grocery sack. There are a couple homeless ppl in my town that I know aren't lazy, just down on their luck real bad. Always see them round town doing odds 'n' ends for ppl for a lil cash or in exchange for a decent meal/place to sleep.
