Lots of GPT sites or just a few

I was wondering if it is a good idea to signup for alot of GPT sites or just a few? It seems that most of them have the same offers to complete and it is hard to get things to approve. I am getting all of my income right now from offers, (working on referals though). I have a website on my profile that shows some of the sites I am currently using would like some feed back

These sites actually work? I don't have a credit card for them, otherwise I would try it. Do they accept paypal? The only thing I'm worried about is having my paypal account emptied out and not being able to get it back up for many months.
