Phisical relation or love -----which is base ?

Hello friend now i am going to discuss about about one of my best friend.
He is the one of the genius boy in our friend circle.recent he has engaged with a beauty full girl.At the first time the relationship was going like a super fast jet.but when the time go for a long time we heard the relationship has broken.
when we asked about the reason he said the girl want only physical relationship.then first time we can't get him.but when the time go on we also face that.one day the girl told us that the boy cant able to satisfy him physically.
it was not fault of the boy because he always want a base of love .he thinks that at first an emotional attachment then the other thing.he said that i will do all the thing but at i want to love him more than myself.
then we became confused at last we support the boy.we think the boy was right.
so i want to know what is the base of a relationship ?
love or physical relation?

Hello supriyorajj. You know, different people have different ideas while choosing their lovers or spouses. I think that a relationship for more on the love side would be more lasting than the relationship based on a physical one. But anyway it is understandable that many people are getting more realistic in their love life.

ok. friend nice to know your views.but i can get your one point that physical one is important because if u want to attached with some one then you have to first attached with her emotion.then you go through the future.

i think in relationship, there are different thought of it. some people are in relationship just for the pysical fuifilment of passion, some for long last(marriage), some just to share some ideas or common goals.
depending on the partners what kind of relationship they're in, that's one thing of lust love, some they're interested in the pysical contact but not love or lasting relationship. maybe the girl just wanted him to make love with her and not have any lasting love relationship.

well i belive in a relationship, love and physical are both important to have.. but it shouldnt be alwys physical.. if they really love each other it really shouldnt matter after all. Both love and physical are needed to be present in a relationship..
