I like those pre-soaped face cloth things. I have some acne issues, and it gets totally out of control if I just use water. But I found some acne stuff that works in that form, so I just wash with those and warm water. :) It's nice and lazy... just like me. ;P

Really.. Perhaps taking out certain things from your diet will help you with your acne..like caffeine..chocolate..soda. . I love plain or warm water;)

I've tried modifying my diet, and it makes me tired and grumpy, but does nothing for my face. :P

Hi littlefranciscan! I washed my face with warm water and soap. There are certain parts of my face that is oily so I have to use a special kind of soap that will eliminate the oiliness but won't really dry it out. I rinse it with warm water but for the final rinse, I use moderately cold water to close the pores on my face. Take care and have a nice day. :)

I see..I suppose you use a wash cloth when washing your face? The cloth will help pull the oils off your face with warm water:)

Hi again! nope, i don't. just work on a lather on my face and hoping all the oils will washed off with the rinsing. haha.. I think i will try using wash cloth but will have to really look for a very soft one. that is a fine idea. thanks. Take care and have a wonderful day. :)

I use warm water and a mild soap,Pears. I have very oil skin and yet I cannot use anything too drying. I could use just warm water, but how am I going to get rid of the dirt? I could scrape it off, but I find soap easier. I do not make enough money to buy those lotions.

I use tap water for my face, in our place the water is a little bit cold. I just use soap to wash my face up twice a day.

What kind of soap do you use to wash your face each day? I would bet the tap water is a little cold.

Perhaps it sounds very strange. I always have a shower with hot water. However, I always wash my face with cold water. First, I don't want to turn on the heater so that I can wash with hot water. Anyway, washing face isn't like having a bath. I don't need a lot of water and it won't last for a long time. So I don't want to waste the engergy. Second, I have heard that washing with cold water will make your skin smooth:)

I use face wash and the water temperature all depends on where I wash my sink. It's usually cold to luke warm if I'm washing my face in my sink and it's usually warm to hot if I wash my face while I'm taking a shower. I wash my face every day with face wash.

I use warm water too. I heard you aren't suppose to use really hot water because it'll hurt your face more than helping it. And I never scrub my face, I heard that can really get you some blemishes!!

Right..If you scrub your face and have blemishes it will only make them spread..It's best not to aggrivate your face and make the rash spread more.:)

i normally was my face wit cold water. ihad read in magazine that face should always be washed by cold water and if its too cold water then just with luke warm water.never with hot water as it affects the skin.i normally use Avon cleanser to wash my face.and after that i use the Avon toner to get a relaxing effect and then i put the cream.

Actually,i think good to use hot and cold water. That is to say, firstly, use hot water to wash your face,it is helpful when you want to clean up the oil covered on your face. Secondly, use soap and cold water to wash it again.

i use warmed water in the winter and cool water in summer to give a good cleaning to my face ,Ahha ! ^^ if i want to make a face mask i will have some hot water to cover my face or steamed my face to let the cell poer get larger and thirsty for some nutrition . Then it is the right time to have the seaweed or pearl powder face mask. So effective , you can try ..

from where i am, we dont need a water heater, so its just tap water from the faucet,... the weather here is hot most of the time, so i what i get from the faucet is slightly warm water. LOL... (we have a stainless over head tank, that's why,) i am not really meticuluous in washing my face, warm or cold, depends on the weather

hi friend i also dont put any cosmetics to my face when i wash it. i also use water either cold or hot as long as i use water. it works for me because i havent develop much pimple when using water alone. so its good. good day to you.

If my skin is dry ill wash it with neutrogena extra gentle facewash-its called something like that and on the bottle it says "adds moisture back every time you wash". I guess it is also a "wipe-off" facewash, which i sppose goes to show how gentle it is. It doesnt have a strong scent at all, and it's not a scrub. If my skin isnt dry I just use water as well, only i do it a lil different than you. Ill start washing my face with warm water(supposedly it opens up your pores) to get all the impurities off. then Ill finish with cool water, not harshly cold though.(supposedly cooler water shrinks pores, or closes them a little) And if i ever need a scrub every once in a while, I use some Olay scrub that i dont know exacly what its called, lol. whateveerrrr.. cool "discussion" though
