Do you talk to yourself ever?

...I should add here that I mean 'out loud' talking to yourself, not the mental process of thinking.
Recently I have found that talking to myself is a quite therapeutic way of making sense of stressful situations and tricky scenarios.
What about you? Or do you think I am mad :)

You are not mad. I do talk to myself as a means of rationalizing things or venting out things. It really is a coping mechanism. :)

I talk to myself all the time. It's a pretty common joke at my workplace, especially when introducing me to new people and stuff. My coworkers who know me will say things like "And yes, it's totally normal for her to talk to herself." :P
I talk to myself a lot too while walking, which must make people think I'm really nuts. I do a lot of walking because I don't have a car, but also because I enjoy it, and I'll be either working on a story or thinking about things and just chattering away to myself.

Hello babykay.
I think you are not mad. If that habit is a mad thing, you should call me a mad girl because I do talk to myself when I in front of the mirror. For me, its the way I can express my feeling happy or sad. Its make me feel better.
HAPPY LUCKY.

Well my mother used to say that I had the habit of doing so during my early childhood days.I do have the somnambulism as well.I love to hear the stories but then I have really improved on that habit. The speaking loud has really been off my heels nowadays.

I talk to myself all of the time. Especially when I am hurt about something, or thinking about something that is hard. But I also talk to myself if I am typing sometimes, or doing something with many steps. I feel like, as long as I dont answer myself, Im fine!
