How Do You Get Rid of Fat on Your Arms?

My best friend who was once my gym buddy have asked that same question to the gym instructor before. She was told to increase her aerobics activity to tone that area. Just like her, you should avoid doing heavy weights because doing so would not only tone your arm area but rather bulk it up. Just go steady with aerobics as it is pretty good in burning jiggly fat.

I agree. Aerobic exercise is great for improving muscle tone.;)

Well...first of all is the rest of your body (for lack of a better word) plump? Because if it is, then obviously you are gonna have some extra fat on all areas of your body. But I would say for the most part, it sounds like you just need to add some arm exercises to your daily routine. Perhaps add a little bit of weights to it later on. Don't stress about looking bulky, because you become toned before that will happen. Hope this helps you a little, I've also always had a problem with a little extra flab there. Happy Thanksgiving!
