Which Exercise would be better? Cardio or something with Light Weight?

For trying to lose weight and staying healthy. Which would be better?

Hey Primsend I would say the optimal health benefits would actually come from using both at the same time. But if you feel, you can't handle doing the two at the same time, i recommended just working on your Cardio. Light Weight will help you loose a little weight, (i suppose) but i would say weights are used for more of a toner. Whereas, Cardio is something that is pretty much required if you want to loose a lot of weight and staying healthy. Just don't overwork yourself too much, too soon. Keep up the healthy habits and don't eat too much Turkey ;)
