Weight loss patches?!

I've seen ads recently for weight loss patches, some claim to reduce appetite, and some claim to "melt fat away." Has anyone else seen or heard of these things? What is in them? How do they allegedly work?

I haven't tried them but I'd just like to warn you to use common sense; anything that comes in a patch can be very risky to use so be very careful not to overdo it and be sure to know just what's in it so you don't get the same ingredients somewhere else and get an accidental overdose.

Really? This is the first time I am hearing about it. Hmm..it is probably more reliable and effective to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle, with appropriate exercise. Who knows if these fats melted away will come back in a few days time or not?
