thank God it's friday! i always look forward to this day knowing it would be saturday and sunday the succeeding days. i look forward to being at home with my children and looking after my plants after 5 days of working. i also look forward to waking up a little bit late after staying late at night to watch tv. i usually sleep late at friday night to watch tv and cd. i couln't do this on other days knowing that i'm going to work next day. however, i will miss posting discussions and my friends on mylot because i cannot do this on weekends. do you like fridays too?

Oh! It is a wonderful day for me. As an employee I am always looking forward to have a weekend during which I could have a relaxed time. Friday is approaching is weekend so I definitely love it very much as I know the following day I don’t’ have to go to work and could wake up late. Very often I would make full use of the Friday night to do whatever thing I am interested and plan for the schedule for the following days. It is better than Sunday night as during which the holiday is going to end soon.

Yes, I love fridays and the two succeeding days after it. I love weekends, since I can resta and relax at home. Spend time with friends, go to malls and s hop the things that I need or simply go to places and enjoy the time for a while. The only day I dread is Monday, aside from it being the start of our work week, it is also the day where traffic is so heavy and every streets of Manila is clogged and congested..

I think if employers and those groups that deals with empolyees should separate the schedule of workers from students, I guess this is the time where the streets are busy.

like you, sometimes i don't like Mondays too. But since you're from the Philippines like me, isn't it good that there's what we call Economic Holiday - that is transferring holidays on a Monday so that people will have a long weekend to enjoy and rest?

well, what you're suggesting will take some research and planning. just bear with it. even in developed countries, they too have heavy traffic. :)

Before Friday is my favorite day since my rest day is the next two consecutive days but since our schedule has been changed then my favorite day now is Saturday. I go to work at Friday midnight up to 9am Saturday, and after shift me and my friends go out somewhere to chill out and relax =)

well, with the kind of work that you have - with hours shift from time to time, i guess your favorite day changes too? anyway, you still enjoy no matter what day it is.

Well, then although it isn't quite Friday yet here, I should wish you a happy weekend and look forward to seeing you again on Monday, which I guess will still be Sunday here. Have fun with your kids and plants! At my last job Friday and Sunday were my days off, so yes, I liked Fridays a lot!

LOL! I think maybe what I do is spend too much time on myLot, but it is so interesting. Actually, I am an artist so I paint and draw and keep house so to speak, and I love to learn new things and read books and research things on the internet, and if there is any time left over I like to sew. It seems we are almost as busy now as when we were working, but at least now there is no workday stress.

you're right. at least you're the master of your time now. i'm already looking forward to my retirement days (though it's still a long years to go yet) also. i look forward to taking care of my grandsons or daugthers. lol you must be a good painter. i hope you can paint me. lol. i love to sew too and cross stitch. thanks.

LIke you, I always say friday with a yehey knowing that it's the last working day of the week. Since there's no work the following day, i can either sleep late watching TV or go out and see friends way back in college. But the best reason for rejoicing every Friday is thinking that my next two days will be spent with my family. I live on my own place and weekends are the only days i get to see my parents and most especially my three little cute nieces. Being with them makes me blow some steam off my work pressures.

Looking forward of Fridays huh..? I also like Fridays as it means I can rest from homework or any school activities. It means I can stay in bed until whenever I want for the rest of the day. I love Saturday too because it’s the time I can do what I want without school classes to attain to. :)

Fridays are not my favorite day, but they are enjoyable. Fridays are still the usual routine with work and school. Saturdays are the best. There is no where that anyone has to go unless they want, and it can be very relaxed. Happy Friday! It is still Thursday night at 7:40 here.

I love Fridays and I really cant add much to the discussion as you have written about everything I myself do on the weekend. I love lazying and taking things a bit easy on weekends. I also go shopping to the supermarket to store up groceries for the coming week (I love shopping) and do some cleaning around the house too. Also if I have seen some interesting but elaborate recipe, it waits for Sunday, when I have the time. but alas! In a blink the weekend is gone and its back to Monday and its blues lol!

Just like the song of the cure"Friday i'm in love" goes, "i don't care if monday's blue, Tuesday's grey and Wensday too, Thursday i don't care about you it's Friday i'm love". But i don't fall in love on Friday, and i have to work tomorrow, what a pityyy. To me, Friday's just another usual day. I should say you are a sweet parent cos you like spending weekends with your children. SO have a nice weekend!!!
