Men, what do you look for in a woman?

I have heard many different answers to this question and I was just wondering what men like most about a woman. Or what they look for in a woman. What is the first thing you notice? What really attracts you to a woman?

Character, a realy humane character like friendliness, kind heartedness, good decision maker, connecting with people, good religious attachment-have this as a woman, even if you squint in one eye, I wont notice that, I wont even care, all that will matter to me is the gold in your character
