Cool Boss

Today i sent an sms to my boss saying i will be late to the office. When i came in i told him that i decided to sleep a bit more and so i cam late. he said in an encouraging tone that such initiatives are always welcomed. He gives me leave whenever i ask. He never said "you wrk is bad" though sometimes i do it real bad. He is such an understanding humanbeing.

Wow that is a good boss you have there, I hope you appreciate him because there are not many bosses like that around, I think you should let him know that you appreciate him and work hard for him.
