They say very hot water is harmful for the skin as well as the hair,do you bathe in cold water, warm water or very hot water?.Since I live in a cold place though my hair keeps falling I still use only hot water.I have got used to it that I just cannot use cold water even in a warm place. How about you?

hello!hot water bath is not good for health. it washes away the glaze of the skin.cold shower bath daily early in the morning is a good habit.of course it is not possible in a cold country. so you may use just warm water.the reason of hair falling is not the use of warm water.it may be due to dandruff or tensions.in my case i usually take cold shower bath daily in the morning and shampoo the hair once a week.thank you and good luck.
