What's All the Hype About?

What's all the hype about Hanna Montana? I saw her the other night and she is cute and sings fairly well but seems I am missing something. I know her audience is very young but they seem to love her. Is it because her father is Billy Ray Cyrus? Please explain what I am missing? Thanks in advance.

I would have to say that it's because 1) she's got talent 2) She's hilarious (yes i've seen her show on the disney channel) and 3) I've listened to some of her music (i own an online radio station, so yeah) and it seems to be "for girls her age" and that sometimes means alot to a young audience.

If I had kids or grandkids her age and they had an interest in her music, I'd listen or watch her on television. She's just a little out of my age group. She's a big role model for young teens. Thanks for responding.
