GOD love good guys?

When i was young, my mother tell me GOD love the child who is well-behaved. When i became a student, my teacher tell me GOD love good student. But in our world GOD love whom?

If you read your bible John 3:16 says that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that who so ever believedin his name shall not parish. That means he loves every one. But we must ask his forgivness and live for him. He even love the murder and if the murder asks for forgiveness God will forgive them and if they contunue to live for him they will be in heaven. They still have to take their punishment.
