The correct answer to your query may be given by the persons who feel like appreciating or envy me on my good deeds.I cannot judge or guess...what do they think in their heart or what kind of feelings come in their heart...if at all they find that I have done some good deeds.... I feel may be both kind of feelings come in my well-wishers hearts. Good and interesting Post indeed!

Hi & Hello my friend, Balasri. A good subject for discussion, thank you for providing the words of appreciated and envied. Actually it is a normal thing to have both in or at one time for my achievement especially when I was promoted, previously. But to be fair for both parties I called/invited all of them for one lunch giving and take myself down to earth when talking to them and shook my hands as in one teamwork building. In fact I have only another five (5) years to serve as an employee and planning to make a very nice farewell in 2012. HAPPY DAPPY.
