I mean, I like moo shu as much as anyone - maybe a bit more because they don't put corn starch in it - but GIVE ME A BREAK!

And, as if they haven't committed enough of a crime doing this to turkey - they've put crushed red pepper in it!
I promise you, I've put away a LOT of moo shu in my time & NEVER found red pepper in it! Trust me - I'd know sooner or, more likely, later..... (don't ask.)

I have no idea what moo shu is. I guess it is a traditional oriental dish, but is it Chinese, Japanese, or Korean? Is it something to get rid of left overs? The recipe does sound good, but would it not be better not to Americanize or Mexicanize or whatever? I do love red pepper and green peppers though.

It sounds yummy to me but I am not really particular about my moo shu...I do love green pepper weather it is red ,yellow ,or green..The color doesn't change much other then give color..I would try it...If someone else cooked it I would eat it and be happy I didn't have to..

Yum! lol. Sounds good to me! I guess turkey can be a bit overbearing some times! lol. I will get upset when they start using it in sushi! lol.
