Which adware removal program do you use and is it efficient?

I used to use a freeware program called ad aware however I feel it hasn't been very efficient recently so I decided to unistall it. Can anyone recommend me any another adware/spyware program which they use ?

I have used spyware terminator and hijack this. Both pretty good programs, although with spyware terminator there are daily updates. maybe check my web site pcsourcepoint in my profile to view the various sites where you may be able to download both programs...
