My New Grandson

Hi Everyone - I posted a couple of weeks ago telling everyone that I was due to become a new grandma any time. He was born the 15th of October at 3:05 a.m. and weighed 8 lbs. 3 oz. and 20.5 inches long. I thought you all might like to see a picture of him.

Oh well you are really blessed then. Have you been able to see him in person? Does he live by you can visit? Or do you just get the pictures? I don't have any children, but I have neighbors that do and I enjoy playing with them. They are such joy to have in your life no matter if they belong to you or not. Enjoy your precious one.

Congradulations Grand-ma I have a set of fraternal boys, my daugther had them June 12th. I have 13 all together. I'm a Grandmother too!

omgoodness! what a little doll!! congrats! my mother was just as excited to become a grammie as well! and just as excited for the one im preggo with now =) its tough though for her, cause she cant see her grandbabies, only over webcam. we are stationed in CA with the USMC and she lives in PA, the other side of the country =(

Congraduations! I too have recently became a grandma to my second grandchild. Gracie was born Oct 16, 2006 @ 4:07pm. She weighed 5lbs 6ozs. 19 inches long. Perfect baby girl. She looks just like my son. I would have posted a pic of her but I haven't a clue how to.

Love those pictures. I'm so glad you posted them on here. As I told you before, he's adorable and I do think he'll look like your son when he's older. My son sure was the spitting image of his dad, but his first son takes after my daughter-in-law, and his second son takes after him in looks. In no time at all, you'll have pictures of him crawling, then walking, running, playing, going to school...oh dear, they do grow up so fast, don't they?

Thanks Claudia. While I was away, it was really thoughtful of you to take the time to update everyone on his birth and I thought they'd like to see the result of the post. He's adorable and I hate to think of him growing up fast. I want to enjoy him at this size for a while first....LOL
