should yuvraj be part of the playing eleven in the test matches

yes his performanc ein the recent seriesn has been simply mindblowing... it is indded sad to see such a performer sit in the stands doing nothing... but competiton is very much in indian team now and i do hope he comes in to get a taste of the test matches...

Given Yuvraj's previous performances at the test level, I do not think he should have been a part of the playing eleven. But, given the extraordinary form that he has had in the shorter versions over the last 3 months, I think this would have been an ideal moment for him to succeed at the test level. So given that, he could have played in the team either in place of Ganguly or Karthik. But, the fact that Karthik is a opener and Yuvi does not want to be one, so that ruled that possibility out. Ganguly being able to turn his arm over was the clincher as far as that selection went as we went in only with two pacers. Cheers! Ram

Yes, yuvraj singh should be part of the playing eleven. He has been in good form in the one day series and he has very good talent. He should be brought in and karthick should be out, because he is not a specialist keeper but only a wicket keeper who can bat a bit and hence he should be sitting in the bench rather than yuvraj singh.

he shud be in the team no doubt..he is an excitin talent and definitely a very good player. But who shud be dropped?? laxman is in good knick so dropping him wud be unwise..i think ganguly may be dropped..there is a definite dip in his form and probably he may be dropped if he doesnot start to get some runs soon..

I think he should be included in the team .He is a talented chap and needs to be in the team.
