My mylot friend needs help!

My mylot friend couldn't log in to her mylot account anymore! Everytime she logs in with her user name and password, the system says that it's login failure. She also tried clicking the forgot password, the system then says that the user name does not exist. My mylot friend and i didn't know what to do anymore. She will really regret it if she couldn't use her account anymore because so far she already has more than 700 posts and already has like 6 dollars in her earnings. And besides she also has a 10 star-rating.
Help! Whats happening with her account? What shall she do?

It sounds like your friend got their account banned. Did she post any referal links in her discussions or things that go against the TOS here if you do your account will be banned. She can set up a new account but she will have to start over with her earnings.

I see. I never thought about that but yes, it is possible that that maybe the case with my friend's account. I also respond to her discussions but i don't remember anything in them that might be against the TOS and will cause the Admin to ban her account. Anyway, i will try to ask my friend again. Thank you for responding and for the info.
