Star Trek v Babylon 5

OK in my house we are fans of both. Some prefer Star Trek and some Babylon 5. Everyone has their own viewpoint. But which one was/is best? And to add to the discussion which of the Star Trek shows was the best and are they all better than Babylon 5 or does Trek whatever the show beat B? The argument has raged in our house for years now, what do you think?
