Opinions on The Invisible

I rented The Invisible over the weekend. What a waste of time. The premise really had me hooked, a dying teen whose spirit is trying to get others to find his body to help save him. Sounds interesting right? No - it did not translate well at all. The girl who almost killed him was very annoying, and it seemed in a few scenes he was almost attracted to her. What?!! A drug dealing witch who tries to kill him and leave him for dead, and he digs her? I just did not get this at all. It was not suspensful, it was not exciting, it was not emotional, it was nothing but bad acting. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
