Have you, or someone close to you OD'd on Prescription Drugs?

I'm in the hospital, again. This time for a real bad reason. I OD'd on Ambien CR. They were going to discharge me the following day because I was medically cleared to go home, even though there was a staff person watching me 24/7. I agreed that it would be good to go upstairs to the behavioral health department, to see what's going on. They suggested, and I agreed. No one made me. I don't know, it was weird that they'd discharge me so soon after what I had done. I'm scared and confused right now. They give us computer priviledges, so that's how I'm able to send this out (in case you're wondering). I've had a bad year. Now I don't want a pity party or a lecture, I just want to know what you or that other person did to get help after something similar happened. I want advice, if you have any. Thank you very much!!!
