Angel Locsin in PBB?

I've been an avid follower of PBB since it started airing its very first episode and I enjoyed watching it until now. I don't see anything bad in the management's decision in letting Angel Locsin enter Big Brother's house. I know Angel has a wide fan base already but i don't think she's being used to boost the ratings. Hello??? People like Ethel Booba who's really known for being "pasaway" can stir viewers' curiousity more than Angel. It would be more appropriate to say that Angel's been invited to join as a prelude to her upcoming TV show with Piolo Pascual.

The thing with PBB is that it has always been a venue of ABS-CBN to promote shows or their talents. It did not happen just now. I mean, even way, way before PBB became big, they have been using PBB to promote other ABS-CBN related activities. :)

Well personally its good for both the show and for Angel because its add exposure to her and being in a REALITY show, we can see a REAL Angel Locsin.

Looks like angel will only stay there for a while and will leave the house after sometime. I guess PBB has been doing this for quite a time already.

For every show that is on air every program would want to increase their ratings of course. Putting Angel Locsin inside might indeed boost their ratings back. I have no reaction for the manangement's decision or strategy it is but natural to put anyone in there for whatever reasons there is.

When Angel Locsin entered the Pinoy Big Brother house during it's last run, she had just come aboard the ABS-CBN lineup. Both she and the network needed some amount of boost to their popularities, and I think that celebrity housemate appearance was mutually beneficial to both parties. It seemed to have worked, I think. Angel kept her popularity from going stale until her new TV series with Piolo Pascual (Lobo) and Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 received a boost which they sorely needed (the PBB series hasn't been as popular as when it first came out with it's first batch of housemates).

Oh, well it is obvious because of the ratings. I don't like Angel anymore. She don't look like an Angel to me now. No offense to the fans.

Will any show wants to improve the rating. But it does'nt help any popular artist because its depend upon the kind of shows, will Angel Locsin is a good rating in her past network station, but there are issues that she didnt make sound and safe for transfer for other network station. Its not bad to transfer but the important is you settle no issues left. May this is the effect as of now for angel, you know abs-cbn are many popular star. So the company is prioritizing there own talent of course that's why Angel now is just only guesting as the moment. But anyway it is good for her carrer if she enter in the PBB to return the she is still the TOP popular celebrity.
