Uganda hosted a successful Commonwealth Head Of Government Meeting-my President is the new Chairman. One Leader that did not show up at the meeting is Musharraf, he even got suspended for the emergency he imposed on his Country Pakistan. Ofcourse Mugabe of Zimbabwe had already been suspended for his dictatorship in tht country. My question is, is the Commonwealth still relevant?
