What is your favorite hair product?

What is your favorite hair product? What do you find works for you and why? Do you use gels, mouses, curling products, straightening products, smoothing serum? Are you scared to leave the house without using them?

i like to use anything that makes my hair thicker and curlier. lately i have been using the 'bed head' line of products and these seem to work pretty well for my hair (it is a little naturally curly to begin with, this just adds to it!)
