Do you have dreams every night? Are they bad for our sleeping?

Hi,there! I don't sleep too well these days. I sometimes dream at night. I hear that some people dream very night? So how about you? Do you have dreams very often? It is said that's not good for our sleep,right? Why is it not good and what on earth is the reason that happens? Will the things that you dream of become true or they're just contrary to the reality? What's your opinion? Let's share:)

Hi! Everyone dreams every night (if they're sleeping at least). You have about five dreams a night if you sleep about eight hours. Dreams are actually very healthy; you'd go crazy without them! The reason people think they don't dream is because they don't remember them, but this isn't true at all! Hello fanji. I don't seem to have dreams every night because I do not have the impression when I get up in the morning. As to dream, I think that it has something to do with what we think during the day that makes it happen again in our dreams while sleeping. But anyway, I don't think that dream could show much about our reality, but a dream only. lol

I dream every night and I hate it. 90% of the time I have nightmares or bad dreams. I have had nightmares before that we crazier than the show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I also have nightmares about things that could actually happen in real life as well. I take sleeping pills now and I am going to start seeing a therpist to see if there is any way to make me stop dreaming because I never get good sleep becuase of it.
