im guessing this is a promo code, seeing as when you join dish network www.simplydish.com, you get 50$ rebate anyways (50) off first bill no mailing required.

This is not a promo code, but something personal between your Dish Network Representative and you. The $20 rebate is in addition to the already low pricing and rebates that Dish Network offers, and in addition to the $50 rebate that you spoke of. It comes directly from your Dish Network Representative's personal earnings. My sales have increased dramatically by offering to give up $20 of my personal paycheck. In the long run, it's well worth it for me to offer, and well worth it for you to take advantage of.
