What's the Best Way to Loose Belly Fat?

I've started excercising and by far my belly needs the most work. I try to do carbs for 30 minutes a day, I try to do it everyday but some weeks I miss a day or two. I also have the ab lounger and have been using that for a week. Are crunches on the floor useless? Does anyone have advice that works. I don't need a 6 pack? (Well I dont' need 6 pack abs I could use a 6 pack of beer, better make it light beer I'm trying to trim my tummy.) Thanks

You apparently should discontinue eating fatty foods first, lots of jugging,and the rest ? talk to the gymnasium people .

You assume I eat fatty foods, I have two kids and that's when I got my belly. Don't need to know how I got my belly just need advice on how to loose it. "Get in my belly" Funny line from a funny movie.

You must have learned the belly exercise each dayIf you dont know how you must buy a cd for that on how to do it.You just follow only the instruction.good luck.
