the president of nestle has said water is a commodity and it shouldnt be free can you believe that?
so people who are poor or whatevr cant even have access to water if this guys gets wish

well if you live in a major city water isn;t free, we pay a water bill every month on the amount that we use. and for the pipe usage and such that the water companies provide
