have you ever had a cake soooo good that i haunts your dreams? this was my wedding cake. it had white cake with bavarian cream filling and whipped cream icing. if you ever go to new iberia, louisiana, you've gotta look up virginia cakes!

when we defrosted it on our 1st anniversary, it tasted as good as it did on our wedding day! we've actually been trying to justify a reason to get her to make us another cake. :)

We had a wonderful wedding cake too. It was made to look like a large church. It tasted amazing...there were 4 different flavors of cake and filling. We wrapped the smallest tier and ate it at our 1 year anniversary and it still tasted terrific. I'd love to have it at every anniversary!

Pity that I did not have wedding cakes on our wedding day. My wedding was a traditional wedding, so we don't have wedding cake on the party itself. But even without the wedding cake, I still think that that was a happy moment in my life. :)
