almost each of us has had a terrible brush with an abusive and arrogant employer or manager who ensured that you slept late and woke up early to plan the day ahead at the workplace. people cant wait to dish out their sob stories about such employers and neither can i. recently i got fired for being too smart for my employer's liking(i discovered the source of his jobs)that is ok as i can understand the need to protect business secrets. the problem is he refuses to pay my salary for this reason. obviously i am angry and frustrated but pretty determined to get my earnings. my question is is he justified to do this and if not how do i go about tackling this situation.
